Swiss Ball Stretching Routine

It is imperative for the martial artist to stretch well before any hard training. Sticking with the Swiss Ball theme, here is an excellent stretching routine put together by personal trainer, nutritionist and karate instructor, Wayne Barnett. Take note that some of these exercises are not suitable for people with back, shoulder or neck problems. Be careful and, if it hurts, skip the exercise and move on to the next one. Be safe and have fun!
